1. Service Description
TripBoard is a travel planning application (PWA) that provides itinerary planning, expense tracking, checklist management, and sharing features. All data is stored locally on your device.
2. Plans
Free Plan: 1 trip, 5 checklists, 10 memos, plain text sharing, export 1 trip (ZIP), iCal export, split bill, expense chart, trip duplicate, auto exchange rate.
Pro Plan (Lifetime): One-time purchase. Unlimited trips, unlimited checklists & memos, 7-day share links, exchange rate locking, PDF/Excel export, AES-256 encrypted backup, multiple theme colors. All future updates included.
3. Payment & Refund Policy
- • Payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy, supporting credit cards and various payment methods.
- • Your activation code will be automatically sent to your payment email to unlock Pro features.
- • All payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy. For refund requests, please contact Lemon Squeezy support directly via the link in your purchase receipt. We strongly recommend trying the Free Version (1 trip limit) before purchasing Pro.
- • Pro is a one-time purchase — there is no subscription, no renewal, and no expiry date.
4. Data Responsibility
- • All trip data is stored in your browser's IndexedDB and is never uploaded to any server.
- • Clearing browser data, switching devices, or reinstalling may cause data loss.
- • We strongly recommend regularly using the "Export Backup" feature to back up your data.
- • TripBoard is not responsible for data loss due to user actions or device issues.
5. Device Binding
- • Each activation code can only be bound to one device.
- • To switch devices, use the "Unbind" page with your activation code.
- • Unbind limits: Once every 24 hours, maximum 10 times total (to prevent abuse). Founder members (first 100 users) enjoy unlimited unbinds.
- • Please keep your activation code safe and do not share it with others.
6. Termination
- • Violation of these terms may result in your activation code being disabled.
- • Prohibited actions include: sharing or reselling codes, abusing unbind features, disrupting service operation.
7. Disclaimer
- • TripBoard is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free service.
- • We are not responsible for the accuracy of itinerary information. Please verify travel details independently.
- • Exchange rate information is for reference only. Actual rates depend on banks or exchange services.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through the app or email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
